Welcome to the MFH Turf Request for Proposals (RFP) Information Page

It has been a successful first two winters on the turf at the Mishawaka Fieldhouse. Our goal is to provide a best-in-class experience for our customers and partners. Through great collaboration, excellent training, and high-level competition, our world-class venue affords rich opportunities for young athletes that benefit them in their current seasons and beyond. We're excited to build on the positive momentum as we enter the term ahead.

In order to ensure equitability among all prospective groups, MFH is requesting proposals for the use of the turf space during the Winter 26-27 season. The selected organization(s) will make consistent, planned, and budgeted use of MFH’s turf space and ancillary MFH facility spaces.

The RFP contains all of the details necessary to submit a proposal.  We'd ask that all proposals be submitted before May 1st.

Although much will remain the same from previous terms, we've added a few benefits to improve the partner experience. The changes are highlighted below:

  1. Six hours of classroom use per week comped by MFH*
  2. Storage space proximal to the turf allocated for partner club*
  3. Dedicated office space available for use by partner club*
  4. Access to M2 Fitness and Sport Performance/Parisi Speed School at partner rate*
  5. Full Turf availability to allow for better club control of the training environment
  6. Batting cages available to club at partner rate

*must meet booking minimums to qualify

Here are a few general items to note:

-Strong preference will be given to organizations that are willing to partner on an annual basis
-This is not the entire turf availability. If your group is not selected, there may be limited space available at a later date.
-Criteria is weighted in favor of volume and rate to ensure fairness for all sports. We encourage organizations of any sport to submit their proposals.
